Refund policy

One-off packs
If paid photo credits have not been used, email trycarpack@gmail.com and we can review a refund request. Once processing has started, API and processing costs may already be incurred.
Poor results
If a result is clearly unusable because of a CarPack processing issue, request a review with the affected pack details before publishing the listing.
Subscriptions
Trader plans can be cancelled before the next billing period. Unused monthly photo credits are handled according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
Stripe
Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original Stripe payment method and may take several working days to appear.
