What we collect
We collect account details, payment records, uploaded vehicle photos, processing results and basic usage information needed to run the service.
How photos are used
Photos are used to create your listing pack, perform safety checks and save finished results to your account. They are not sold as marketing data.
Processors
CarPack AI may use services such as Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI-compatible image APIs and email providers to authenticate users, process payments and deliver results.
Advertising measurement
If you choose Allow in our privacy banner, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and actions such as starting an upload or checkout. This helps us understand whether our advertising works. The pixel does not load if you decline, and declining does not affect your use of CarPack AI. Meta may process the information it receives under its own privacy terms.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand anonymous page views, traffic sources and general device information. It does not use cookies and is not used to identify individual visitors. We do not use analytics to profile individual customers or inspect their vehicle photos.
Your choices
You can delete local saved packs from your profile. For account data deletion or export, email trycarpack@gmail.com from the email linked to your account.
